What to expect

Every morning, Children's Home staff and volunteers create a fun and active adoption camp program where children and families can celebrate their common bond: adoption! Adoption-specific activities will be presented in a fun, age-appropriate way and conversation topics will include feelings, teasing, self-esteem, racism and identity.

In the afternoon, activities expand to include traditional camp activities such as swimming, canoeing, archery, fishing, environmental education, cookouts, arts and crafts, and much more through our unique partnership with YMCA Camp Streefland. Campers will remain with their Children's Home group throughout the day.
