	Adoption Social Worker II The Social Worker is an integral member of the Adoption Services team. This position assesses families for adoption readineess, conducts home studies and provides education for adoption related issues. In addition, this position provides post-placement services and maintains documentation for families during the adoption process in a fast-paced, care-driven environment. Qualifications: BSW or MSW is required.
