Qualifications: College degree preferred.  The successful candidate will have:

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Proficiency in industry standard MS Office Software

*The ability to pay close attention to detail

*Experience with Chinese culture (language, travel, living or study)

*Fluency in Mandarin Chinese & English (writing, reading, typing, speaking)

*The ability to translate from Chinese to English and English to Chinese

*Experience with adoption

*The ability to travel and drive a car
