| Director of Post Adoption Services The Director of Post Adoption is an integral member of the Adoption Services team. This position provides leadership while setting a departmental direction and vision for the future. This position manages educational programming, coaches drect reports, sets goals for the department and represents the agency on various levels in the community. The Director of Post Adoption is challenged to maintain and increase funding for Post Adoption Services while responding to needs and trends of the post adoption community.
