Editorial Manager The Editorial Manager is an integral member of the Advancement team. This position is responsiblie for planning, writing and editing copy for a variety of communication vehicles including publications, collateral materials, website, e-newsletters and agency presentations. The Editoral manager is challenged to meet several critical deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications: A degree in Journalism, Communications or English is required. (Master's degree preferred.) In addition, the sucessful candidate will have :
- 8+ years experience as a copywriter or editor
- Understaind of effective print and interactive communications
- Complete command of the English language and rules of grammar / syntax
- A proven track record of organization and follow through
- Proficiciency in industry standard MS Office Software
- The ability to communicate creative concepts to team members, clients and prospects
- Solid analytical, interpersonal and listening skills
