St. Paul, Minn. July 10, 2007 -- Children's Home Society & Family Services, a Minnesota-based international adoption service provider, announced today it has been re-accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to facilitate adoptions in that country. In an official ceremony on July 4, 2007 at the Ministry, CHSFS was one of only 8 international adoption agencies to receive this authorization. Seven of the eight agencies are US-based.
