Mr. Bachman has over 30 years experience with a variety of human service agencies. He has a background in early childhood education, and has held supervisory and director positions in non-profit agencies and county government in Rochester, Minnesota. He has also been a Director of a regional mental health center in Utah, an Executive Director of a nonprofit counseling agency, and the Director of the Utah State Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

Mr. Bachman enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping, music, reading, creative writing, following his favorite sports teams, and most of all time with friends and family.
