Day in the Life

Day in the Life Presentation. Share the story of life in Ethiopia at your school, place of worship, club or office. CHSFS is pleased to offer an impactful presentation for your use. The multi-media presentation gives a brief overview of Ethiopia, its people and CHSFS International Child Welfare projects in the country. And, participants experience the day in the life of the Wamisho family on their farm near Hossana.

Kit includes: PowerPoint on Ethiopia, nine-minute DVD featuring the Wamisho family, display of photographs and household items and clothes (for presentations in the Twin Cities area), as seen in the video. It can be customized to be age and audience appropriate. Presentation time: 45-60 minutes. CHSFS staff are available to help prepare you to give the presentation. Add your own personal stories and reflection from your travel experience in Ethiopia, as appropriate.

Fundraising opportunity! After your passionate presentation, encourage participants to help support the development and operation of schools in the southern region. For only $365 a year, your group can participate in the new sponsorship program and receive updates on the project you are supporting.
