Children’s Home Society & Family Services has a Post-Adoption Helpline staffed by adoption social workers ready to talk with you about your post-adoption related questions.
The Post-Adoption Helpline is not a 24-hour service. Please call during business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Outside of business hours, we ask that you leave a message; your call will be returned in a timely manner. This is not a therapeutic helpline. All staff are mandated reporters. It is strictly for post-adoption related questions. Referrals will be made on a case-by-case basis.
