We can help you communicate more effectively with the people around you.

Participants in Children’s Home Society & Family Services Anger Management classes learn how to identify and express anger appropriately and respectfully. Presentations and class discussions help participants understand their individual pattern of stress and anger, and learn emotional regulation, conflict resolution and respectful communication skills.

Over 90 percent of clients report an increased ability to deal with anger. Participants say our anger management classes helped them:

  • Gain new tools to deal with anger more effectively
  • Learn to recognize anger triggers and how to take a “time out” before emotions escalate
  • Understand concepts and explanations about anger
