Adoption
CHSFS guides children into loving, nurturing homes, and we help each adopted child seek a sense of his or her culture and history. Adoption services are available to families nationwide from our agency headquarters in St. Paul, Minn., and CHSFS East offices in Silver Spring, Md.
Early Childhood Care & Education
CHSFS helps young children prepare for success in school, providing safe, supportive environments in which they can play, learn and grow. We operate Early Learning Centers at corporate and community sites throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
Child & Family Support
CHSFS empowers families to overcome learning disabilities, financial problems, parenting challenges, abuse and neglect, and mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress. Families in the Twin Cities can find support through our offices in Ramsey, Anoka, Chisago and Dakota counties.
Counseling & Therapy
CHSFS provides a broad range of counseling and therapy services to help children and families coping with emotional, mental health, and relationship issues. Our staff is uniquely qualified to offer adoption competent services. Counseling services are offered at our St. Paul offices.
