Clerical and Administrative Support Volunteers – Saint Paul, MN
Do you have one or two days a week to help out in our main office? We are looking for a couple of office support volunteers to help us with administrative tasks such as filing, making copies, data entry and other projects as needs arise and based on the volunteer’s skills and experience. We’re looking for individuals who have experience working in an office setting and who enjoy clerical projects. These positions would require someone organized and efficient. Confidentiality and discretion are key as the volunteer(s) might be involved in projects that would include client information. Successful candidates will be available at least one or two days a week during business hours of 8am-4pm. We anticipate these volunteers providing 5-10 hours of support a week and would ask for a 3month (or longer) commitment. Contact Karen Bivens at kbivens@chsfs.org or 651-255-2331
