The Domestic Waiting Children program serves children under state guardianship or tribal jurisdiction with a goal of adoption. We strive to help support families for older children with special needs who are living in foster care.
Most costs to clients adopting a child under state guardianship are covered by a grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
